STONEGATE is a 1,603-acre master planned community located in northern Douglas County, 7 miles southeast of the renowned Denver Tech Center, 2 miles east of Meridian International Business Center and 20 miles south of downtown Denver. The community has over one mile of frontage on E-470, a four-lane tollway which links the southern suburbs of Denver to the Denver International Airport, which is only 30 minutes from the community.

STONEGATE is served by the Douglas County School District, recognized as one of the best in the state. These new homes are planned to be available starting in the Spring of 2001 and are estimated to range in price from $150,000 to over $300,000. The community currently offers new single family homes ranging in price from the low $200's to the upper $300's.
