The residential development at Stapleton will take its cue from established Denver neighborhoods where tree-lined street, traditional Denver architecture and front porches enhance the walkable character of the neighborhood. At Stapleton, most garages will be accessed from a rear alley and many homes will be within a 10-minute walk from one of five Town Centers.

Stapleton's homes and apartments will be as diverse as the housing opportunities in Denver's existing neighborhoods, offering a broad range of sizes, prices, and styles within a few blocks. In total, more than 12,000 homes and apartments are planned at Stapleton over the next 15 to 20 years. The first model homes are scheduled to be available in Spring 2002 with Stapleton's first residents taking occupancy in summer 2002. The Stapleton Visitor Center will open in January 2002 to preview the community.

Stapleton will offer a variety of home options ranging in price from the high $90,000's for workforce housing to over $500,000 for luxury homes (prices and availability are subject to change). A variety of single-family detached homes, townhomes, flats, and duplexes will be available. An estimated 600 homes will be built annually at Stapleton.
