of 59 residential housing units, the Overlook Lofts were built by Pinkard Construction
Company in three phases in an effort to avoid access problems for the future buildings. The Overlook is all new construction. The project is aptly named because it
is located on a hill that overlooks downtown Denver. This is a historic neighborhood and
the first 3 phases of this project are clearly designed to be both modern and to blend in
with the older buildings in this area.
Each building is three stories with residential units on the upper floors and retail space
on the ground floor. The buildings are joined together to create a unified facade in
keeping with the neighborhood. |
